SMHF Awarded Two Arts Mid-Hudson Dutchess Partners in the Arts Grants

August 20, 2024

We are thrilled to announce that we have been selected as the recipient of two grants from Arts Mid-Hudson, Dutchess Partners in the Arts!

A “Capacity Building” grant will support our project “Bi-facial Solar Panel Installation for the Steven Myron Holl Foundation Archive: A Demonstration Site for Ecological Architecture and Clean Energy for the Arts in the Hudson Valley,” contributing to the installation of new high-tech solar panels on the roof of our Architectural Archive and Research Library building gallery extension to generate clean energy, and move closer towards a net-zero energy goal at our facility in the rural woodlands of Rhinebeck, NY.

This project is made possible, in part, through funding from the County of Dutchess and administered by Arts Mid-Hudson.

A “Programmatic Support” grant contributed to the exhibition of PAINTING / SCULPTURE by Peter Halley and Steph Gonzalez-Turner at the ‘T’ Space Gallery, which closed on August 18th.

This project is made possible, in part, through funding from Dutchess Tourism, Inc. and administered by Arts Mid-Hudson.

Thank you so much to Arts Mid-Hudson, the County of Dutchess, and Dutchess Tourism, Inc. for the generous support! We are honored to be a recipient of these competitive grants.
